Alex started in real estate in 2005 and built a wholesaling and flipping business in Miami, closing 750+ transactions over 15 years.
In 2020 he walked away from that profitable business to start over in self-storage — with no storage experience and without using his own money. He worked through the financial, operational, and identity challenges of that switch. Today he owns facilities in Florida and Mississippi totaling 100,000+ net rentable sq ft.
He built Storage Wins to give other people the shortcut he didn't have: clarity, relationships, and a room full of people actually doing deals.
